Do I need to make an appointment to visit the spa?

We only accept appointments for the guests at Spa Grande (Men's Spa) through internet or call us on (+81 06 6211 0835).
There is no need to make any appointments to visit other spas.
You could visit us at any time without any bookings.

How should I tip my therapist?

We do not accept tips from our guests, instead we accept therapist request fee for those who wishes to receive a treatment from one of your favourite therapist.
Please specify the name of the therapist at the reception. Request fees are as follows;-

>Spa Cabana / Lady’s Sauna .. 500yen per treatment
>Spa Plaza .............................. 900yen per treatment
>Spa Grande ......................... 1000yen per treatment

What should I bring to the spa?

We have all the amenities that you may need, so just bring yourself!!

What should I wear into the saunas?

We have our original sauna shorts (for men) and bath towels (for women) all complimentary in use.

Can I bring any food or drinks to the spa?

Any food or drinks are not permitted to bring in to our spas.

Can I request the gender of my therapist?

We only have female therapists.

Where is the New Japan spas?

We are located in the heart of Osaka, Namba area just few minutes walk from the Namba metro station.

How do I order any optional services (food, drinks, treatments)?

We use your locker key number to identify what you have ordered in the facility which will be paid at the cashier when you leave.

What happens if I have an oversized baggage?

Any oversized baggage will be safely stored at the reception of each spa.

Do you have any safety boxes?

Please let us know at the reception if you wish to keep your valuables in the safty box.

Can I stay overnight at New Japan spas?

Yes, Spa Cabana (for men) and Lady’s Sauna (for women) is open 24hours except Sundays and we have reclining beds in comfortable atmosphere for the guests wishes to have good night rest.

What else do I need to know?

(a) All of our spas are designed for the adult over age of 18.

(b) Entries of any person believed to be a member of anti-social organizations and any person with body art, tattoos into the spas are not permitted.

(c) A person who seem to be heavily drunk or made any cause of destructions to the other guests will be immediately asked to leave the spa.
